I started Zumba because I love to dance…it’s easier on the body, especially the knees. I am able to get a full body workout without feeling like I am working out- I decided to become an instructor to continue the “party” but also to show that you don’t have to be in “perfect” shape to do this. Everyone can Zumba, from the young to the young at heart. I leave the classes feeling energized and ready to face the world. I wanted to share this wonderful feeling with EVERYONE so I am bringing Zumba to the High Desert …
